6. In cases where you provide the personal data to a Creative Provider through the Services, AURUMLOGIK acts as a processor of the personal data, processing data on behalf of the Creative Provider.

Children`s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals who are under the minimum required age specified herein. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Individuals under the applicable age may access and use our Services only through a parent or legal representative`s Account and with their involvement. If you are a parent or legal representative who believes your child has provided personal data to AURUMLOGIK without your consent, you may ask us to delete such information by contacting us at info@aurumlogik.com.

Data We Collect, Purposes and Legal Grounds

1. Account Information for Users
2. Types of information: full name, phone, e-mail, date of birth, gender, password, country of residence, language, avatar (photo or another image), financial data (credit card data, bank account data), information about a legal person or an organization not incorporated as a legal person you represent: its legal name, website address, country, brief description, and your position in the person or organization.
3. We also record the verifications you give to the Creative Providers and information about the deals concluded through the Services.
4. AURUMLOGIK also allows you to sign up and log in using Facebook or Google account. If you sign up and log in using Facebook or Google account, we collect no more personal data than is necessary for registering an Account via AURUMLOGIK Services. However, the information we get from those services depends on your settings and their privacy policies, so please check what those are. For services like Facebook you can also decide whether or not to publish your AURUMLOGIK activity to that service.
5. Purposes and legal grounds:
• Provision of Services – creating and maintaining your Account, addressing your Creative Services requests to Creative Providers, contacting you regarding the Creative Services or Account, determining whether the Services are available in your country, improving and personalizing the Services;
• Other services and platforms may contain their own cookies. AURUMLOGIK is not responsible for their usage of cookies.
6. We use Account information:
• to conduct marketing analysis, and we can occasionally contact you regarding a new feature on the Services, update of the Services or useful materials you might be interested in;
• With your consent – sending you marketing and commercial e-mails;
• We may use Account data to comply with legal obligations, such as financial or accounting compliance.

Account Information for Creative Providers

1. Types of information: full name, phone, e-mail, website address, date of birth, gender, password, country of residence, language, avatar (photo or another image), information about professional experience, such as previous workplaces, years of practice, certifications, awards, skills, portfolio, licenses, areas of practice, references from previous clients, what type of a Creative Provider you are (Individual Creative Provider or Corporate Creative Provider), information about a legal person or an organization not incorporated as a legal person you represent: its legal name, website address, country, brief description, and your position in the person or organization.
2. Purposes and legal grounds:
• Provision of Services – creating and maintaining your Account, contacting you regarding Creative Services or Account, connection with Users, determining whether the Services are available in your country, improving and personalizing the Services;
• Legitimate interests – we use Account data to verify your identity and requests for the services.
3. We use Account information:
• to conduct marketing analysis, and we can occasionally contact you regarding a new feature on the Services, update of the Services or useful materials you might be interested in;
• With your consent – sending you marketing and commercial e-mails;
• We may use Account data to comply with legal obligations, such as financial or accounting compliance.

Onboarding Procedure for Creative Providers

1. Types of information: full name, phone, e-mail, website address, date of birth, gender, password, country of residence, language, avatar (photo or another image), date and time of call with AURUMLOGIK, information about professional experience, such as previous workplaces, years of practice, certifications, awards, skills, portfolio, licenses, areas of practice, references from previous clients, what type of a Creative Provider you are (Individual Creative Provider or Corporate Creative Provider), information about a legal person or an organization not incorporated as a legal person you represent: its legal name, website address, country, brief description, and your position in the person or organization.
2. We do not usually record videos of the onboarding procedure, but we can do it in certain cases. In such a case, we will additionally inform you.
3. We use Account information:
• Based on our legitimate interests and the necessity to provide you with our Services, we process onboarding information to assess your eligibility to provide Creative Services in terms of expertise and current demand on the Services.

Public Profile for Creative Providers

1. Types of information: full name, avatar (photo or another image), country of residence, areas of practice, type of Creative Services a Creative Provider offers and projects labelled as published by a Creative Provider.
2. Please note that unregistered Services visitors will be able to see your public profile. Unregistered visitors will not be able to see other types of Account information, but other types of Account information (except phone, e-mail, date of birth, gender, language, password) will be available for registered Users.
3. Purposes and legal grounds:
• Provision of Services – as one of the features of the Services, we enable visitors to search for Creative Providers and review their public profiles, and we enable registered Users to review full profiles of Creative Providers and contact them;
• Legitimate interests – we analyze profile information as a part of your Account information to conduct our marketing research and prevent fraudulent activities on the Services;
• We may use profile information as a part of Account information to comply with legal obligations, such as financial or accounting compliance.

Communications with Creative Manager

1. Types of information: any information you provide to the Creative Manager (including financial data (credit card data, bank account data), date and time of call with the Creative Manager, information about the legal person or the organization not incorporated as a legal person you represent, creative issues or other details you might share with the Creative Manager.
2. Purposes and legal grounds:
• Provision of Creative Manager Services, help with identifying Creative Services, and qualifying your request for Creative Services; and
• Legitimate interests – analyzing the efficiency of the Creative Manager, popularity of certain Creative Services and other services, as well as for the prevention of fraudulent activities.

Creative Services between Users and Creative Providers

1. Types of information: requests for Creative Services, Project Brief and/or the approximate scope of Creative Services, Project, and date of the request, the Creative Provider chosen for the request, financial data (credit card data, bank account data).
2. If necessary, we can request additional information to qualify the request.
3. The Creative Provider will be able to see the User`s full name, representative`s name and position in the legal person or organization, name of the legal person or organization, website address, Project Brief and/or the approximate scope of Creative Services, and, if necessary, additional information requested from the User.
4. When the provision of Creative Services is done, the Creative Provider submits us the title of Creative Services, name of the User, information about the cost of the Creative Services provided, whether the User received Creative Services for the first time, and type of payment for Creative Services (e.g. advance, full, etc.).
5. Purposes and legal grounds:
• Provision of Services of connecting Users with Creative Providers;
• Legitimate interests – marketing analysis of requests and Creative Services popularity;
• We may use Account information to comply with legal obligations, such as financial or accounting compliance.

Communication with Creative Providers

1. Types of information: any information you share with a Creative Provider through the Services, including your requests, Creative Services provided by the Creative Provider, invoices, confidential information, etc.
2. Purposes and legal grounds:
• AURUMLOGIK, in this case, acts merely as a processor on behalf of Creative Providers, providing storage and private chat feature. The Creative Provider is the data controller for any information he/she/it obtains from the User.
• Disclaimer: Please note, that you provide the information directly to the Creative Provider, who is the data controller in this case. AURUMLOGIK has no control nor decides over the use of any information provided to the Creative Provider. For exercising any data rights, please contact directly your Creative Provider.

E-Mail Requests

1. Types of information: e-mail address, subject, and content of the request.
2. Purposes and legal grounds:
• Provision of services – to assist you with your request;
• Legitimate interests – marketing analysis of the traffic and requests;
• If you give your consent – sending you marketing and commercial e-mails.

Social Networks

1. Types of information: subscriptions, likes, comments, retweets, reposts, and any other activity on AURUMLOGIK’s pages on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram ).
2. Purposes and legal grounds:
• Assisting with your requests, responding to the activity, marketing analysis, social interaction, engagement of users.

Log Data and Analytics

1. We collect information about your experience on the Services – your device and browser information, login data, user ID, IP-address, geolocation data, date, time, and duration of use of the Services, links you visited, links, by which you were addressed to the Services.
2. We use this information:
• to give you the control over Account active session (give information about logged-in devices, history of orders, etc.);
• to monitor fraudulent activities on the Services;
• to analyze traffic statistics.
3. Also, usage data is collected in an anonymized and aggregated form to improve Services` usability and for marketing purposes. Learn more about it in the Analytics section below.

Retention Period

1. This section sets out how long we retain your personal data.
2. AURUMLOGIK retains your personal data as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, in particular, so long as you have an Account and/or until your financial obligations are duly fulfilled, unless the law establishes a longer retention period.
3. n case of onboarding procedure, if the decision is negative, we include the information in the shortlist of creative providers, where we store it for 12 months. You can request us to delete your data at any time.
4. When you delete your Account, we will delete your personal data within one month.
5. If AURUMLOGIK deactivates your Account due to its inactivity 12 months or more after the last session, AURUMLOGIK will delete your personal data within one month after deactivation.
6. In case of communication with a Creative Provider, the retention period is defined upon the instructions of the Creative Provider. In case of absence, the storage period is the period of time of ongoing relationship.
7. In case of e-mail request, retention period is 2 months after receiving the request.
8. In the case of social networks we retain information as long as the relevant page/content/user exists on a certain social network.
9. In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you.

Cookies

1. AURUMLOGIK uses cookies to appropriately run the Services and for the analysis of the Services traffic. To learn more about the cookies, please read AURUMLOGIK Cookie Policy.

Third Parties` Services

1. We may use third parties` services for data storage, sending email notifications, newsletters, and announcements, as well as to manage our relationships with Users and Creative Providers. In any such case these third parties may only use information about Users and Creative Providers to perform services on AURUMLOGIK`s behalf. They are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Analytics

1. AURUMLOGIK uses analytic services to collect details of the Services use, including, but not limited to traffic data, location data, length visit, other communication data, IP address, device information (such as hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers).
2. In aggregated form, this information allows us to analyze the popularity and usability of the Services.
3. Non-personally identifiable information can be collected and processed on the Services by Google Analytics in an anonymized and aggregated way to improve Services usability and for marketing purposes.

Data Rights

1. You may exercise certain rights regarding your personal data.
2. If you believe that AURUMLOGIK violates your data rights, you have the right to file a complaint with your national data protection authority.
3. In particular, you have the right to:
• Withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time;
• Object to the processing of your personal data. If we process your information in our legitimate interests, e.g., for direct marketing emails or for our marketing research purposes, you can object against it. We will consider your request and, if there are no legal grounds to refuse it (e.g., public interest), stop the processing for such purposes;
• Be informed of what information of yours we hold, how we obtained it and how long we intend to keep it;
• Verify and have your personal data rectified in the event that they are inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date;
• Restrict the processing of your personal data. When you contest the accuracy of your personal data, believe we process them unlawfully or want to object against the processing, you have the right to temporarily stop the processing of your personal data to check if the processing was consistent. In this case, we will not process the personal data for any purpose other than storing them or for the legal compliance purposes until the circumstances of restriction cease to exist;
• Ask us to delete/destroy/erase/otherwise remove the personal data about you (the right to be forgotten) (to the extent AURUMLOGIK is not otherwise permitted or required to keep such data). Please note, that the deletion of your personal data may affect your experience on our Services or lead to close of relationships between you and us if the personal data were strictly necessary for the provision of services;
• Have your personal data transferred to another organization (the right to data portability). The right applies if we are processing personal data based on your consent or under, or in talks about entering into a contract and the processing is automated.
4. Your rights above can be exercised free of charge by writing to us or telephoning us.
5. In certain cases, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request. While verifying your identity we shall generally avoid requesting additional information from you for purposes of verification. Furthermore, if you share with us data of other persons, it is your responsibility to collect such data in compliance with local legal requirements. For instance, you should inform such other persons, whose data you provide to us, about the content of this Notice and obtain their consent.

Security of Personal Data

1. AURUMLOGIK stores your personal data on the servers of the provider in the USA. These servers have all technical measures to store the personal data securely and protected against unauthorized access.
2. AURUMLOGIK has also right to transfer your personal data to perform processing activities. In this case, AURUMLOGIK ensures the appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the personal data.
3. AURUMLOGIK takes necessary and sufficient organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4. Immediate access to some amount of the personal data is only allowed to AURUMLOGIK`s authorized employees involved in maintaining the Services. Such employees keep strict confidentiality and prevent unauthorized third-party access to personal data.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

1. We keep our Privacy Notice under regular review to make sure it is up to date and accurate.
2. AURUMLOGIK can make changes to the Privacy Notice at any time. If we decide to change our Notice, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Privacy Notice. As far as technically and legally feasible, AURUMLOGIK will notify you about any significant changes by giving notice through the Services and/or sending a notice by contact information. It is strongly recommended to check this page from time to time.
